At MyLuggz, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • the product must be in its original condition
  • all tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • the item must show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Products returned without original packaging or in unsuitable condition may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • used products
  • damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • personalized or custom-made products
  • gift cards
  • clearance or final sale items (if specified)

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • the reason for the return
  • photos of the item if necessary

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without prior approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was received
  • the product arrived damaged
  • the item has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MyLuggz cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • clear photos of the issue
  • your order number
  • a description of the problem

Our team will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another color or item, please contact us before returning the product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. check your bank account again
  2. contact your payment provider
  3. contact your bank, as processing times can vary
