Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before shipment.

Processing includes:

  • packaging preparation
  • shipment coordination

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • your tracking information
  • shipment updates (when available)
  • carrier details

Tracking updates may require several business days before becoming active in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • active promotions or offers

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments, customs procedures may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • unforeseen logistical circumstances

MyLuggz cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers or customs authorities.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

MyLuggz is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect addresses
  • incomplete shipping details
  • failed delivery attempts
  • unclaimed packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MyLuggz cannot guarantee responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend:

  • contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • checking with neighbors or building reception
  • verifying the shipping address provided

Our team will still do its best to assist you whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • take photos of the packaging and product immediately
  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • include your order number and supporting images

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they enter processing or shipment preparation.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Multiple Item Orders

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on:

  • warehouse availability
  • logistics optimization
  • product sourcing

If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
